Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to lead our Ambassador Program and coordinate community initiatives globally. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of community management, event planning, and ambassador engagement. They will collaborate closely with the Event Planning Director to organize Bacardo's global events and Queen B concerts, fostering collaboration and community participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Ambassador Program, recruiting, training, and supporting ambassadors worldwide to represent Bacardo in their local communities.

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster active participation, collaboration, and growth within the Bacardo community.

• Collaborate with the Event Planning Director to plan, organize, and coordinate Bacardo's global events, including Queen B concerts, crypto conferences, and community meetups.

• Manage communication channels and social media platforms to engage with community members, address inquiries, and provide support.

• Monitor and analyze community feedback, sentiment, and engagement metrics, and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.

• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including ambassadors, partners, influencers, and media outlets, to amplify Bacardo's reach and impact.

• Represent Bacardo at industry events, conferences, and meetups, building relationships and promoting our brand and mission.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Proven experience in community management, event planning, or related roles, with a track record of successfully engaging and mobilizing communities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others and build strong relationships.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Deep understanding of social media platforms, community engagement tools, and analytics, with experience in managing online communities and campaigns.

• Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi), with a desire to drive positive change and empower individuals worldwide.

• Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus.
