Position Title: Community Support Officer


Location: Remote

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Support Officer to provide exceptional support and assistance to our global community of Bacardo enthusiasts, ambassadors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for community members, ambassadors, and stakeholders, providing timely and personalized support and assistance via email, chat, and social media channels.

  • Respond to inquiries, requests, and feedback from community members, addressing questions, resolving issues, and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams or individuals as needed.

  • Monitor community forums, social media platforms, and online channels to identify and address issues, concerns, and opportunities for engagement, collaboration, and improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze feedback from community members, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement to inform product development, marketing strategies, and community initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and FAQ resource for community members, ambassadors, and stakeholders, providing self-service support options and empowering users to find answers to common questions and issues.

  • Plan, organize, and facilitate community events, workshops, and training sessions to educate, engage, and empower community members, ambassadors, and stakeholders, fostering a sense of belonging, collaboration, and camaraderie.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive community culture, promoting values of respect, transparency, and collaboration, and enforcing community guidelines and policies to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of community engagement strategies, initiatives, and campaigns to grow and strengthen Bacardo's global community, driving participation, loyalty, and advocacy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Proven experience in community management, customer support, or related roles, with a track record of building and nurturing online communities and fostering engagement and collaboration.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with diverse audiences, both online and offline.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, community management tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

  • Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi), with a genuine desire to contribute to the growth and success of the Bacardo community.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate community events, workshops, and initiatives.
